Happy BIRTHDAY AMERICA! AND JACE! |
|
|
|

|
|
This year, America celebrates its 250th Anniversary—a milestone that reminds us just how fortunate we are to live in a country where freedom, opportunity, entrepreneurship, and private property remain at the heart of the American Dream. Congratulations to all of our buyers and sellers who recently closed! Some are now proud to call Naples home, while others have started exciting new chapters moving closer to family, retiring, or simply pursuing new opportunities. No matter where life takes them, we're incredibly grateful they trusted us to guide them through one of life's biggest decisions. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey.
On the personal side, June and July have been full of celebrations! Happy Birthday to Jace and Landon, who both celebrated another trip around the sun this summer. We also enjoyed spending the Fourth of July in beautiful Islamorada with our Compass Team Leader, the one and ONLY Denny, Bowers and his family. Great friends, great company, and a great way to celebrate our nation's birthday. And finally, a special shout-out to our neighbors in Golden Gate Estates for another unforgettable Fourth of July. We heard you, we felt you, and we'd like to thank our neighbors for declaring an unofficial ceasefire that took effect around 2:17 a.m. 🇺🇸💥
As always, thank you for your continued support, referrals, and friendship. We hope you enjoy this month's market update, community highlights, and local business spotlight. If you're thinking about buying, selling, or investing in Southwest Florida, we're always here to help.
Happy Independence Day—and here's to keeping the market lit for another 250 years! 🇺🇸 |

SWFL June Market Snapshot |
| While summer is traditionally a slower season in Naples, the latest numbers continue to paint an encouraging picture. May finished with 903 closed sales, only slightly below the 934 sales recorded last May despite higher interest rates and continued economic uncertainty. New listings have steadily declined from 1,942 in January to just 1,003 in May, while Months Supply has improved from 9.5 months to 7.2. Days on Market increased slightly to 63 in May but remains well below last September's high of 86, showing homes are still selling faster than they were just months ago.
Buyers continue to enjoy negotiating power, with homes selling at roughly 94% of list price. However, shrinking inventory, declining months of supply, and steady buyer demand suggest the market may be transitioning from correction toward stabilization. As always, every neighborhood performs differently, so if you're curious about your community or today's buying opportunities, give us a call! |

One of the best parts of summer in Naples is that many of our favorite restaurants roll out seasonal dining specials. From prix fixe dinners and discounted lunches to happy hours and locals-only promotions, it's the perfect time to enjoy the restaurants that are often hard to get into during season—at a fraction of the price. Whether you're exploring a new favorite or revisiting a classic, summer is one of the best times to experience Naples' incredible dining scene. Just be sure to call ahead, as specials and hours may vary throughout the season.

| | The wait is over! Collier County has officially opened the first phase of the 7-mile Vanderbilt Beach Road Extension, creating a new east-west route from Collier Boulevard into Golden Gate Estates. The project is designed to improve traffic flow, reduce travel times, and provide another option for residents heading across the county. And yes... you can now drive from one side of Naples to the other in under 17 hours—even with the completely reasonable 45 MPH speed limit on what feels like a six-lane interstate. 😄 If you haven't taken a drive yet, check it out!

RED, WHITE... AND BOOM! No Power...
No... we're not talking about fireworks—we're talking about our daily Southwest Florida lightning show. It starts everyday around 3pm and ends whenever Mother Nature has had enough.
Summer storms often bring power outages, and guesswork for those seasonal residents who come back thinking there food is good to go.
Here's a simple freezer trick to help determine if your food stayed frozen while you were away. Fill a ziplock bag full of ice cubes, or, fill a cup about ¾ full with water and freeze it solid. Once frozen, place a coin on top of the ice and leave it in your freezer. If the coin is still on top after you return, your freezer likely stayed frozen. If it has sunk to the bottom, or your bag of ice cubes becomes a block of ice, the contents probably thawed and refroze, and it's safest to discard perishable foods.
It's a simple trick that could save you from a few hours of gastro-discomfort—or worse, a hospital stay. |
