When you use a form on this site — a contact form, a home valuation request, a listing inquiry, an exit-intent popup, or the newsletter signup — we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include:

- Property address (for valuation requests, listing inquiries, or seller consultations)
- Any message or details you type into a form field
We do not require any of this information beyond what's needed to respond to your request, and we don't ask for financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal data through these forms.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit to:
- Respond to your inquiry personally — Skip or Michelle reviews every submission directly; we do not use automated response sequences
- Prepare a home valuation, market analysis, or property search tailored to your request
- Send you the R Collective newsletter, if you opt in, with local market updates and community content
- Maintain a record of leads and client communications for our own business and brokerage compliance purposes
We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to your real estate inquiry.
How Your Information Is Stored and Processed
Forms on this site are processed through Netlify's form-handling service and, for lead-capture forms, forwarded to a private Google Sheet via a Google Apps Script integration that only Skip and Michelle can access. This lets us track and follow up on inquiries in an organized way. Your information is not made public or shared outside our team as part of this process.
Because Skip and Michelle operate as REALTORS® with the Bowers Group under Compass Florida LLC, information related to a real estate transaction may also be retained and used consistent with Compass's brokerage policies and applicable real estate recordkeeping requirements.
Analytics, Advertising, and Cookies
This site uses a small number of third-party tools to measure how it's performing and to make our advertising more effective:
- Google Ads (Enhanced Conversions): When you submit certain forms, we share a securely hashed version of your email and/or phone number with Google Ads to measure ad performance. Google hashes this data client-side before it's transmitted; we do not send this information in plain text, and Google does not receive your name, address, or message content through this process.
- OpenAI Ads Pixel: Some of our advertising landing pages include a pixel that measures whether a visit from a ChatGPT or OpenAI advertising placement resulted in a lead submission.
- Google Fonts: This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which may involve a request to Google's servers.
- Netlify: Our website host and form-processing provider, which handles form submissions before they reach our Google Sheet.
These tools may use cookies or similar technologies in your browser. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may affect how some site features work.
Property and Listing Data
Property listing information displayed on this site — including active listings, recently sold data, and market statistics — is sourced from the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® (NABOR) Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and Compass's internal systems. This data is provided for informational purposes and is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. It is not personal information about site visitors.
Your Choices
- Newsletter: Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe option. You can also email us directly to be removed from any mailing list.
- General requests: You may contact us at any time to ask what information we have on file for you, or to request that we delete it, subject to any records we're required to retain for brokerage or legal compliance.
Children's Privacy
This site is intended for adults seeking real estate services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
